I could not have asked for more caring, thoughtful realtor to help me sell my home. She knew that I had three children in the house, she went over and beyond my expectations. She also manage to sell my house within 24 hours of it being listed. Talk about an amazing realtor.

Interviewed 3 other realtors before I hired Andrea to sell my condo in the Mews at Byers Station. She was truly excellent. Straightforward, easy to work and gave simple, good advice to this first time home seller. Specifically, the other realtors to varying degrees wanted to me repaint the entire interior of my house/replace carpeting, etc (at my expense of course). Instead, Andrea indicated not needed and instead helped me stage my home in a cost efficient, effective manner. How effective? I've worked with many different real estate agents before, and you can tell when they are just working for a commission. They give you a handful of options and basically push you to make a decision quickly. Not Andrea. Andrea worked with us for weeks and weeks tirelessly until we found the right investment property that met ALL our needs. Having had herself previous experience in managing investment properties, Andrea's insights were very much appreciated and kept us focused on our targets. When things were not in our favor, she would advise us to be patient and wait for the next opportunity. She also helped tremendously negotiating with contractors to get repair estimates and include them as seller's reimbursement.
